1.Single point contact for the client and the senior management for a specific shift.
2.Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them
3. Oversee and coordinate client escalated operational issues.
4.Manage and oversee effective dissemination of client.

6.Ensure that the instruction from the client is disseminated across the shift.
7.Responsible for quality and timely completion of all ads for the assigned accounts.
8.Ensure that the instruction / feedback received from the client is disseminated.
9.Ensure compliance across processes.
10.Ensure that the feedback from client, revision analysis are disseminated to the team members and track for improvements.
11.Timely flagging of issues to management.
Qualifications required :
Diploma.HND,BSC AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE.
SALARY :MORE THAN GHC 1000
