1.To handle complex issues that require a cursory account analysis.

2.To provide person account services to visitors by receiving forms, documents, and payments including ascertaining customers’ needs, and utilizing available databases to answer account related questions and record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with agency procedures.

3.To comply with information security procedures by validating customer identity, maintain customer confidence and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, which encompass the Call Center and Medical Unit, as needed.
QUALIFICATION
DIP,HND,BSC AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATES.

SALARY :MORE THAN GHC:1000
