Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

Job Description
• Receive and count working cash at the beginning of every daily shift
• Identify customers, validate and do cash checks
• Accept cash and checks for deposits and check accuracy of deposit slips
• Process cash withdrawals
• Performing specialized tasks such as preparing cashier’s checks, personal money orders, mobile money transactions and issuing petty cash
• Present reports to supervisor periodically
• Perform services for customers such as ordering TSM savings booklets
• Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with TSM’s procedure
• Balance mobile money transactions, cash and checks in cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other TSM related products
• Attempt to resolve issues and problems with customer’s accounts
• Initiate and open new accounts
• Explain advice on and promote TSM’s products and services to customers
• Identify referral opportunities and make relevant referrals
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures

Qualification and Requirements
• A minimum of a degree is required
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must possess healthy interpersonal skills and problem solving skills


Salary:
GH₵ 1,000 per month (Negotiable)
