Job Title: Human Resource Officer – Administration

Job Description
HR Database and Reporting:

Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, for example; sorting post, telephone answering, devising standard Human Resources documents and letters and manage the HR inbox
Respond to reference requests for current or ex-members of staff
Ensure electronic and paper based personnel files are maintained and filing is completed in a timely manner
Maintain an up to date procedures manual for all HR Administration duties
Overseeing the smooth running of the institutional leave calendar in accordance with legislation and the Employee Handbook. This will include monitoring and recording employee leave requests
Shall respond to HR related inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
Keeps records of staff transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics
Communicate all staff mobility on all institutional platforms including intranet
Set up and integrate new employees into the institution

Qualification and Requirement

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
Good analytical skills, Oral and written information, high integrity in reporting information, Reliability of work and good organizational effectiveness
Good reporting skills, communication skills and customer service
Should be able to adapt and react fast, take initiative and be autonomous Ability to deal with problems and able to listen
