*1. Safe & Timely Delivery* Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, food, or goods to the correct address within the set time window. Following traffic laws and planning efficient routes is key. *2. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety* Keep your motorcycle/bike in good condition. Do daily checks on brakes, tires, lights, fuel, and report any issues. Ride safely and wear proper protective gear. *3. Accurate Record Keeping* Confirm pickups and deliveries, get signatures or OTPs, and update the dispatch app/system. Handle cash-on-delivery payments correctly if required. *4. Customer Service & Communication* Be polite to customers, call ahead if there’s a delay or issue, and represent the company professionally. Good communication prevents a lot of problems.

Responsibilities

*1. License & Riding Ability* Valid motorcycle license, good knowledge of local roads/routes, and proven safe riding experience. Employers often require 1+ years of riding. *2. Basic Bike Maintenance + Safety Awareness* Ability to do daily checks, spot minor issues, and ride defensively. Must own or have access to a roadworthy bike and wear safety gear. *3. Communication + Reliability* Smartphone use for dispatch apps, clear communication with customers and dispatchers, punctuality, and honesty — especially when handling deliveries or cash.
