Responsibilities

- Knowledge and experience in crop farming, particularly coconuts, plantain, and general fruit/vegetable cultivation. - Beekeeping experience would be great however not essential. (Willingness to learn is acceptable if no prior experience.) - Ability to manage a nursery, harvest crops, identify and prevent diseases. - Must be hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements & Skills

- Age range: 19 – 50 years - Must have a positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
