A welder is responsible for joining metal parts using heat, pressure, or both, ensuring strong and durable structures. Their key duties include: Reading and Interpreting Blueprints Understand technical drawings, specifications, and welding symbols. Follow instructions to produce accurate welds.
Responsibilities
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Ability to lift heavy materials when necessary. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Safety Awareness Knowledge of workplace safety standards and use of protective equipment. Ability to follow safety guidelines strictly.
Requirements & Skills
At least 1–3 years of experience in welding or a related field. Experience with different welding techniques (mig, tig, arc) is a plus.
