Prepare and serve meals according to the patient's dietary needs and preferences. Keep accurate records of medication, vital signs, daily activities, and changes in the patient's condition. Accompany the patient to medical appointments and assist with transportation when required. Communicate regularly with the patient's family, doctor, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient's living area and assist with light household tasks related to the patient's care. Encourage appropriate physical activity, social interaction, and mental stimulation.
Responsibilities
Must be a qualified male nurse. Experience caring for patients with dementia is an advantage. Must be patient, compassionate, trustworthy, and attentive. Must be willing to live in and provide the required care.
