Responsibilities of a Field Marketing Job A Field Marketing Officer or Field Marketer works outside the office to promote a company's products or services directly to potential customers or partners. Here are the main responsibilities: 🔹 1. Product Promotion Demonstrate and explain products to customers. Distribute promotional materials like flyers, samples, or brochures. 🔹 2. Market Research Collect feedback from customers. Monitor competitors’ activities and report back. 🔹 3. Sales Support Help generate leads and close sales. Work with the sales team to meet targets. 🔹 4. Customer Relationship Build and maintain good relationships with clients or retailers. Answer questions and handle basic complaints. 🔹 5. Event Participation Attend or organize product launches, trade shows, and campaigns. Set up booths or displays for marketing events. 🔹 6. Reporting Submit daily, weekly, or monthly activity reports. Provide updates on customer responses and market trends.

Responsibilities
