Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets. Generate new business from individuals, contractors, real estate developers, churches, schools, and corporate clients. Supervise and motivate the sales team. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Organize site visits and follow up on quotations until deals are closed. Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.

Responsibilities

Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven experience in sales and marketing. Good negotiation and customer relationship skills. Knowledge of digital marketing. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word). Must be self-motivated, honest, and results-oriented. Valid driver's licence is an advantage.

Requirements & Skills

Hnd or bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or marketing. Experience in the construction or building materials industry is an added advantage.
