*1. Customer Service* - Greet customers, attend to them politely, and help them find what they need - Answer questions about products, prices, and availability - Handle complaints calmly and ensure customers leave satisfied *2. Sales & Cash Handling* - Receive payments through cash, MoMo, card, or transfer - Issue receipts and keep accurate records of daily sales - Meet sales targets and encourage upselling *3. Shop Maintenance & Stocking* - Arrange goods neatly on shelves and ensure price tags are correct - Restock items and check inventory levels - Keep the shop clean and presentable at all times *4. Stock & Security Management* - Receive and check new stock deliveries - Monitor for shoplifting and report damaged/expired goods - Do daily closing: count cash, balance sales, and secure the shop
