* Develop an individualised learning curriculum/programme for the three children based on their respective ages, abilities, school requirements and learning needs. * Establish clear academic and developmental goals for each child. * Plan and deliver engaging lessons appropriate for KG1 and P1 learners. * Provide additional support in literacy, numeracy, phonics, reading, writing, comprehension and other relevant foundational skills. * Incorporate appropriate activities to support children with speech and language development challenges, within the tutor's professional competence. * Monitor each child's progress closely and maintain organised records of lessons, assessments, strengths, weaknesses and areas requiring additional support. * Conduct regular assessments to determine whether learning objectives are being achieved.. * Provide parents with regular, clear updates on progress and areas of concern. * Set appropriate homework/reinforcement activities where necessary.
Responsibilities
* Have formal training/qualification in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Special Education, Speech & Language-related education, or a closely related field. * Have demonstrated experience teaching young children, preferably at KG and lower-primary level. * Have experience supporting children with speech, language or communication challenges. * Be exceptionally patient, calm and emotionally intelligent when working with children. * Be goal-oriented and results-driven — patience should not mean allowing children to avoid challenges or expectations. * Be able to motivate and appropriately push children to achieve their potential. * Be highly organised and disciplined. * Be capable of independently designing and implementing a structured curriculum.
