Aware of bece examiner reports. - *ict*: use powerpoint, youtube, documentaries, and online resources for teaching. Basic ms word/excel for records - *assessment*: can set objective + essay questions aligned to bece/wassce standards.
Responsibilities
Soft Skills - *Communication*: Facilitate open, respectful discussions on sensitive topics. Clear english - *Neutrality & Tolerance*: Teach all religions and political views without bias. Handle controversial topics professionally. - *Classroom management*: Manage classroom and encourage students participation. - *Empathy & Mentorship*: Counsel learners on moral dilemmas, peer pressure, teenage issues. - *Critical thinking*: Help students analyze social issues, fake news, and civic responsibilities.

Bachelor of education in social studies / diploma in basic education with social studies/rme as elective
