Key Responsibilities 1. Live Event Coverage: Attend events on time and publish real-time photos, videos, stories, and updates. 2. Content Creation: Capture key moments, guest arrivals, performances, speeches, decorations, stage setups, and behind-the-scenes activities. 3. Social Media Management: Publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other approved platforms. 4. Caption Writing: Write attractive captions, use relevant hashtags, and tag event organizers, vendors, sponsors, and guests appropriately. 5. Video Editing: Produce short, engaging videos and reels during or immediately after events. 6. Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, mentions, and messages and respond professionally when authorized. 7. Company Promotion: Showcase PoPo Cameras, Digicam Rentals, PoPo Cameras Creatives Hub, and E3 Multimedia Lighting services. 8. Client Relations: Coordinate with event organizers and respect privacy, permissions, and event instructions. .

Responsibilities

Excellent social media management skills, especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. 2. Strong photography and videography skills using smartphones or cameras. 3. Ability to edit short videos using CapCut, Canva, or similar applications. 4. Excellent writing, captioning, spelling, and storytelling skills. 5. Ability to publish content quickly and accurately during live events. 6. Knowledge of hashtags, tagging, trends, and audience engagement. 7. Creativity and an eye for capturing important event moments. 8. Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 9. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. 10. Basic understanding of lighting, sound, stage setups, and event production.

Requirements & Skills

Education: Minimum of SHS/WASSCE certificate. A certificate or diploma in Journalism, Communication Studies, Marketing, Media Studies, or Digital Marketing is an advantage. 2. Experience: At least 6 months of experience in social media management, blogging, or event content creation is preferred. 3. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of smartphone photography, videography, video editing, and social media publishing. 4. Communication: Good written and spoken English, with the ability to write clear captions and engaging event updates. 5. Portfolio: Must provide samples of previous social media content, event coverage, photographs, or videos. 6. Equipment: Must have access to a suitable smartphone and be willing to use approved company equipment when provided. 7. Availability: Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and travel to event venues when required. 8. Personal Qualities: Must be creative, punctual, disciplined, professional, and able to work under pressure.
