📱 PK ITECH – WORKERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES Attend to customers politely and professionally. Know and explain phone prices, specifications, and installment terms. Record all sales, deposits, and payments accurately. Protect company money, phones, accessories, and equipment. Maintain accurate stock and IMEI/serial number records. Keep the shop clean, organized, and secure. Follow up on installment customers and overdue payments. Promote the business and available products. Report losses, damages, discrepancies, and customer issues immediately. Be punctual, honest, respectful, and professional. Keep company and customer information confidential. Submit daily sales, payment, and stock reports to management.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills WASSCE / Diploma / Degree, with good communication and customer-service skills. Basic knowledge of smartphones, sales, social media, and cash handling is required. Applicants must be honest, hardworking, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
