1. Answer customer calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries 2. Go LIVE on TikTok 4-6 times/week to showcase products, prices, and promos 3. Take orders via DM/Live and follow up until delivery is done 4. Post product videos + reply to comments to drive sales
Responsibilities
1. Good communication in English + Twi. 2. Confident on camera. Can sell and engage during TikTok live 3. Basic phone/computer skills. Can use WhatsApp, TikTok, Excel 4. Decent appearance, energetic, customer-focused 5. Experience selling appliances/electronics is a plus 6. Must know greater Accra very well
