- Search and acquire for potential customers: Proactively searching for and identifying potential customers, including sellers and business owners. - Communication with potential clients: Contacting and negotiating with prospective customers to establish interest in Jiji's services. Providing advice and answering customer questions about Jiji features and services. Presenting Jiji business growth opportunities to potential customers - Customer registration in the Jiji app: Helping potential customers through the Jiji app sign-up process and providing instructions. - Assistance with publishing ads: Assist customers in creating listings on the Jiji app. - Sale of Jiji paid services: Explain the benefits and advantages of using Jiji paid services. Monthly contact with sellers to renew or upgrade boost packages - CRM management and updating: Daily updating and maintenance of the CRM with customer information. Ensuring that the information in the CRM is up-to-date and accurate.
Responsibilities
- Must be internet and computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Google Docs and Sheets is a plus - Excellent selling skills with the ability and desire to sell - Must be exceptionally positive, confident, and determined. Resilient with the ability to cope with rejection - Excellent time management and organisational skills - Can work independently and as part of a team

- 6 months and above experience in field sales or sales - Have an Android smartphone- - Live in Accra and its environs
