Understand the features, uses, and benefits of products such as Ikeda, Loris and Sodia’s perfumes, air fresheners, diffusers, humidifiers,etc. 3. Use platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to advertise products, respond to enquiries, post promotional content, and attract new customers. 4. Keep the shop clean, organised, attractive, and welcoming to customers. 5. Monitor stock levels, arrange products neatly on shelves, identify low-stock items, and report products that need restocking. 6. Record daily sales accurately, issue receipts where applicable, and account for all cash and electronic payments received. 7. Respond promptly to customer messages, provide product prices and availability, and coordinate orders and deliveries where necessary. 8. Handle products carefully, prevent losses, and report damaged, missing, or defective items.
