Management & Business Operations Oversee the company's daily operations and ensure that activities are carried out efficiently and professionally. Coordinate different departments and ensure orderliness Develop and implement practical systems and procedures to improve productivity efficiency. Staff Supervision & Team Management supervise employees, artisans, sales personnel interns, and other team members. Assign daily and weekly duties and monitor staff performance. Ensure that employees understand their responsibilities, deadlines, and expected standards. Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity, and workplace conduct. Motivate team members and encourage teamwork and professionalism. Conduct or assist with performance evaluations. Ensure that staff maintain appropriate standards of customer service, appearance, communication, and professionalism. Marketing & Brand Development. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Requirements & Skills

The ideal candidate should possess: A degree, diploma, HND, or relevant professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in management, administration, marketing, sales, fashion, retail, or a related business environment. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Good knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing. Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and relevant business or social-media tools.
