Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, check visitor passes, and stop unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas Patrols and Surveillance: Inspect buildings, perimeters, and parking lots on foot or via vehicles, and watch live feeds from security cameras to spot unusual or suspicious behavior Act immediately during incidents like fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches, secure the area, and contact local emergency services (police, fire, or ambulance) Incident Reporting: Record daily shifts, log equipment issues, and write detailed incident or accident reports for management and authorities. Customer Service: Guide visitors, provide directions, answer questions, and help maintain an orderly environment.

Responsibilities

Must possess a BECE certificate or higher educational qualification. Must have 3–5 years of working experience in security services. Must be physically fit, alert, disciplined, and trustworthy. Must demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to monitor and control access to company premises. Must be capable of identifying and reporting suspicious activities. Must be punctual, respectful, and committed to assigned duties. Previous experience in a corporate environment or industrial facility will be an advantage.
