*1. Physical & Educational Requirement* - Must be physically fit, able to lift heavy loads and work long shifts - Basic education (WASSCE/JHS) plus port safety training

1. *Education:* BECE / WASSCE - Basic reading, writing and numeracy 2. *Age:* 18 years and above 3. *Physical Fitness:* Medically fit, able to lift heavy loads and stand for long hours 4. *No Criminal Records.
