Work Setup

Lead, manage, and grow the sales team of Dougs Technologies by recruiting, training, and supervising independent sales agents and executives. Drive sales of laptops, POS systems, and CCTV installations by ensuring consistent team performance and achievement of monthly targets. Monitor daily sales activities, track and verify all deals, and ensure compliance with company pricing and policies. Motivate the team, follow up on leads, resolve customer and agent issues, and expand the company’s market presence across different locations. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Requirements & Skills

Diploma, HND, Degree, or equivalent qualification. Candidates with strong sales and leadership experience will be considered even without formal academic qualifications.
