1. Meet car sales targets and follow up with customers from initial inquiry to deal completion. 2. Develop new clients, maintain regular customers and manage customer files well. 3. Introduce vehicle models professionally, arrange test drives and respond to car purchase enquiries. 4. Help customers complete purchase procedures to ensure a smooth handover. 5. Take part in showroom marketing activities and collect competitor information and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

1. Familiar with vehicle knowledge and the whole purchase process; familiarity with new energy vehicles is an advantage. 2. Possess skills in customer development, demand analysis and business negotiation. 3. Fluent in Chinese and English, with good communication skills and service awareness. 4. Able to withstand work pressure, goal-focused and highly efficient in execution. 5. Applicants with auto sales experience and understanding of Ghana’s local market are preferred.
