Lead weekly 1-hour sessions (Saturdays and/or After-school) in a hybrid format. Simplify complex financial concepts (stocks, interest, budgeting) into fun, local examples (using GHS and Ghanaian market scenarios). Guide students through "Business Simulation" games and investment exercises. Manage online learning tools and engage parents on student progress. Foster a high-energy, "Millionaire Mindset" environment.

Responsibilities

Dynamic communicator: ability to keep 7-year-olds engaged and 12-year-olds challenged. Financial knowledge: deep understanding of budgeting, basic investing, and the ghanaian financial landscape (momo, banking, ghana stock exchange basics). Tech savvy: comfortable using zoom, google classroom, and educational apps. Mentorship heart: a genuine desire to see children break the cycle of poverty.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Finance, Business, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience teaching or mentoring children (Sunday School, Vacation Camp, or Classroom). Knowledge of entrepreneurship (having your own side-business is a huge plus!)
