*Responsibilities of a Factory Worker* Factory workers are the backbone of production. Your main job is to help make products safely, efficiently, and to the right quality. *1. Production & Operations* - *Operate machines* - follow SOPs to run production equipment safely - *Assemble products* - put together parts according to specs - *Monitor production lines* and ensure output meets targets - *Feed materials* into machines and check for jams or issues - *Package finished products* - label, box, and palletize correctly *2. Quality Control* - *Check products* for defects, size, weight, and quality standards - *Report faulty products* or machine issues to supervisor immediately - *Follow quality procedures* and do basic in-line inspections - *Keep records* of output, defects, and materials used *3. Education & Experience* - *Minimum education*: JHS certificate. SHS is preferred for machine operators - *Experience*: 0-1 year in manufacturing preferred, but most companies train on the job - *Technical knowledge*: A plus if you have NVTI, technical school, or machine operation training *2. Physical & Health Requirements* - *Age*: 18 - 45 years - *Physical fitness*: Able to stand for 8-12 hours, lift 10-25kg, and do repetitive work - *Good health*: Must pass medical screening.
