Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries. Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately. Restock shelves, monitor inventory, and maintain shop cleanliness. Promote products and upsell to customers. Ensure shop security and follow safety protocols. Report sales and operational issues to management. Assist with stock deliveries and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

Requirements & Skills

Candidates with jhs, shs, nvti, or equivalent qualifications are encouraged to apply. Applicants should demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment, and willingness to learn. Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory, as training will be provided if necessary.
