1. *Safe Driving & Transport* Drive your employer/family safely to offices, meetings, airports, school, etc. Know routes in Accra to avoid traffic. 2. *Vehicle Care & Maintenance* Check fuel, engine oil, water, tire pressure, lights daily. Wash the car, report any faults early, and take it for service on time. 3. *Security & Confidentiality* Keep employer’s schedules, calls, and conversations private. Be alert, park safely, and don’t pick unauthorized passengers. 4. *Punctuality & Professionalism* Be on time always, dress neatly, keep good records of trips/fuel, and be polite/courteous to passengers and other road users.

Responsibilities

1. *Valid License + Documents* - Class C or B driver’s license with clean record. Ghana Card, and police clearance is a plus. 2. *Driving Experience* - Minimum 2-3 years defensive driving experience in city traffic. Must know Accra routes well. 3. *Age & Health* - Usually 25-50 years, medically fit, and physically able to handle long hours and vehicle checks. *3 Key Skills* 1. *Defensive Driving & Road Safety* - Stay calm in traffic, avoid accidents, know road signs and traffic laws. 2. *Basic Vehicle Maintenance* - Can check oil, water, tires, lights, and report faults before they become big problems. 3. *Professionalism & Discretion* - Punctual, neat, respectful, and can keep your employer’s info private.
