1. Pickup & Delivery • Safely pick up cameras, accessories, and other items from PoPo Cameras branches or warehouses. • Deliver products to customers promptly within Accra and surrounding areas. 2. Customer Service • Maintain professionalism and politeness when interacting with customers. • Collect payment on delivery where applicable and issue receipts. 3. Documentation & Reporting • Keep accurate records of deliveries and collections. • Report any delays, accidents, or issues immediately to management. 4. Safety & Compliance • Ride responsibly and obey all traffic laws. • Ensure all goods are securely handled to avoid damage or loss. 5. Motorbike Care • Keep the motorbike clean, well-fueled, and maintained. • Report any faults or repairs needed promptly. 6. Internal Support • Assist with minor errands for the office when required. • Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for efficient deliveries.

Responsibilities

Requirements of Dispatch Rider 1. Must have a valid motorcycle rider’s license. 2. Must be able to ride a motorbike safely and confidently. 3. Minimum of 1–2 years proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role. 4. Good knowledge of Accra and surrounding routes/areas. 5. Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English (basic record-keeping and customer interaction). 6. Must be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. 7. Must have a neat appearance and good customer service skills. 8. Ability to handle goods carefully (especially cameras and accessories). 9. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends when required. 10. Basic maintenance knowledge of motorbikes is an advantage.
