Key Responsibilities * Operate tissue manufacturing and packaging machines safely and efficiently. * Monitor machine performance and report faults or abnormalities promptly. * Ensure products meet the company’s quality standards. * Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of assigned machines. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. * Follow all production schedules, safety procedures, and company policies. * Work effectively with supervisors and other production staff to achieve production targets.

* Ability to read and write in English. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. * Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.

Requirements & Skills

* minimum of bece or wassce/sssce. * previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is an advantage
