Conduct daily site visits to contractors, builders, developers, and project managers. Visit institutions such as churches, schools, companies, shops, and organisations to promote Deep Fix services. Identify new projects, collect site information, and introduce the company’s roofing and construction solutions. Build strong relationships with foremen, carpenters, masons, engineers, and procurement officers. Follow up on leads from site visits and convert them into sales. Prepare daily and weekly field marketing reports for management. Represent the company during meetings, presentations, and site assessments. Support the team with field promotions, community outreach, and contractor engagements.

Responsibilities

Strong field marketing or sales experience, especially in construction-related work. Confident and comfortable visiting sites, institutions, and new locations daily. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to create basic social media updates from field visits. Target-driven, bold, hardworking, and self-motivated. Ability to build relationships with contractors and institutions. Must live around Kasoa, Tuba, Weija, Mallam, Gbawe or nearby areas. Must be disciplined, respectful, and results-oriented.

Requirements & Skills

Shs / diploma / hnd in marketing, business, or related field. Experience in field sales or institutional marketing is a strong advantage. Ability to read, write, and prepare simple field reports. Must have basic mobile phone skills for communication and reporting.
