1. Source and onboard active crypto traders, merchants, and high-volume clients. 2. Guide each client through funding (Ghana Cedis deposit), first trade, and ongoing OTC/futures activity. 3. Be the client's dedicated point of contact, fast responses are the core of the job. 4. Hit monthly volume and client-onboarding targets. 5. Feed market and product insight back to the team.

Responsibilities

1. 2+ years in sales, business development, or crypto/OTC trading. 2. An existing network of crypto traders or merchants you can activate quickly (major advantage). 3. Genuine understanding of crypto, stablecoins, and how traders think about price, spread, speed, and settlement. 4. Strong communication and a hunter's mentality; fully comfortable being measured on results. 5. Based in Accra and able to start immediately. 6. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and operate with integrity and customer focus. 6. Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or digital payments sales is highly beneficial. 7. Crypto Trading, OTC trading, and cryptocurrency skills.

Requirements & Skills

Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
