Work Setup

Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable vehicles. Conduct test drives and provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options. Negotiate prices and close sales in a professional and customer-friendly manner. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available inventory, pricing, and promotions. Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat and referral business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and positive reviews. Stay informed on market trends, competitor pricing, and new vehicle models. Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve overall dealership goals.

Responsibilities

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Ability to drive. Strong understanding of vehicle features and specifications (or willingness to learn quickly). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset. Confident and professional communication.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university Minimum of 1 year experience in sales (automotive sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory) Valid driver's license Good command of spoken and written English
