Job Type
Sales & Market Development • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies. • Conduct regular market visits to pharmacies, distributors, wholesalers, and healthcare trade partners. • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories. • Ensure product availability and visibility in the market. Stockist & Wholesale Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with major stockists, distributors, and wholesalers. • Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted product supply. • Negotiate business agreements and drive secondary sales growth. • Support channel partners in achieving business objectives. Team Leadership • Manage and lead a team of 3–8 Sales Representatives. • Set KPIs and monitor team performance. • Conduct joint field visits and provide coaching and guidance. • Organize regular sales reviews and training programs. Collection & Credit Control • Ensure timely collect
Responsibilities
Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales • Experience handling distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and retail pharmacy networks. • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution channels in Ghana. • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively. ________________________________________ Skills & Competencies • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Experience in collections and credit management. • Strong analytical and reporting skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Result-oriented with excellent communication skills.
