Strategic Prospecting: Identify and penetrate key accounts within facility management firms, high-rise corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies. Consultative Selling: Conduct site assessments to understand a client’s unique security and audio needs, then propose tailored, integrated technology solutions. B2B & B2G Relationship Management: Navigate complex procurement processes and build lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers. Product Demonstrations: Confidently showcase the technical capabilities of our smart locks, IoT trackers, and high-fidelity audio systems. Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from cold outreach and professional proposals to closing the deal and ensuring successful hand-off to the technical team.

Requirements & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in B2B sales, preferably within the security, technology, or telecommunications sectors in Ghana.
