Assist customers with money transfers, bill payments, airtime purchases, and wallet services. Verify customer details before processing transactions. Resolve basic transaction-related complaints and inquiries. 2. Cash and Float Management Maintain adequate cash and electronic float balances. Balance cash and float at the beginning and end of each business day. Prepare daily transaction and reconciliation reports. Report shortages, excesses, or discrepancies immediately. Safeguard cash, electronic funds, and company assets. 3. Customer Service Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service. Educate customers on available mobile money services and products. Maintain positive customer relationships and handle complaints professionally. Promote additional company products and services where applicable
