* Set up, operate and dismantle event lighting equipment. * Install and safely secure lights, stands, trusses, cables and controllers. * Operate DMX controllers and create lighting effects and scenes. * Test all equipment before events and troubleshoot technical problems. * Handle, transport, clean and store company equipment responsibly. * Report damaged, missing or faulty equipment immediately. * Arrive on time and complete setups before guests arrive. * Follow all electrical, equipment and event safety procedures. * Work professionally with clients, DJs, sound technicians and event teams. * Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain professional conduct. * Ensure all equipment and accessories are accounted for after every event.

Responsibilities

* Basic to advanced knowledge of event lighting equipment and DMX systems. * Ability to operate lighting controllers, LED lights, moving heads and other fixtures. * Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work safely with electricity, cables, trusses and elevated equipment. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Physically fit and able to lift, carry and set up equipment. * Punctual, reliable and disciplined. * Willingness to work evenings, weekends and extended event hours when required. * Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. * Good customer service and professional attitude. * Previous experience in event production, lighting or technical services is an advantage. * Must be willing to travel to event locations when required.

Requirements & Skills

* Minimum SHS/WASSCE certificate or equivalent. * Basic knowledge of event lighting and electrical systems. * Basic understanding of DMX, lighting controllers and LED fixtures. * Previous experience in event lighting, stage production or technical work is an advantage. * Ability to safely handle and transport lighting and event equipment. * Must be physically fit, punctual, reliable and willing to work flexible hours. * Ability to work effectively as part of a technical/event production team.
