TranspSafely transport passengers, staff, or goods to designated locations. Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure it is roadworthy. Follow all road traffic laws and company safety policies. Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in good condition. Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly. Plan routes and ensure timely deliveries or arrivals. Load and unload goods when required. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and deliveries. Ensure the safety and security of passengers, goods, and company property. Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules. Provide courteous and professional customer service. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Responsibilities
Minimum qualification: BECE, WASSCE/SSSCE, or equivalent. Valid Driver's Licence (Licence B, C, D, F, or as required for the role). Minimum of 1–3 years of driving experience. Good knowledge of road traffic laws and regulations. Clean driving record with no serious traffic offences. Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including shifts if required. Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and report faults. Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Skills Safe and defensive driving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan routes and manage time effectively. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery schedules. Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer service skills (especially for delivery or staff transport roles). Honest, disciplined, and committed to workplace safety.
