## 1. Business development & sales lead generation: identifying potential b2b & b2c clients (shops,offices, schools, hospitals, or government agencies). Negotiation & closing: handling pricing objections, preparing quotations, and finalizing service level agreements (slas). ## 3. Relationship & account management after-sales support: acting as the bridge between the customer and the company. Up-selling & cross-selling: consumable cycles: managing recurring revenue by ensuring clients order toners, cartridges, and spare parts through your channel. ## 4. Administrative & reporting market intelligence: keeping an eye on competitors’ pricing and new product launches in the it space. Crm management: updating sales pipelines and forecasting monthly/quarterly targets.

Requirements & Skills
