1. Load and offload goods, containers, and cargo from trucks, trailers, and vessels 2. Assist forklift / crane operators during lifting and placement of cargo 3. Properly arrange and stack goods in the transit yard to prevent damage 4. Lash, secure, and cover cargo with straps / tarpaulin 5. Assist in counting and checking cargo against waybill / manifest 6. Keep the working area clean and safe at all times 7. Obey all safety rules and wear PPE (safety vest, helmet, boots, gloves) 8. Report any damaged, missing, or broken cargo to supervisor immediately
Responsibilities
*1. Education:* JHS / SHS Certificate *2. Experience:* Not required - training will be provided. Experience in loading/offloading, warehouse, or construction work is an added advantage *3. Skills & Qualities:* - Must be physically strong, energetic, and hardworking - Ability to follow instructions quickly - Good teamwork and communication - Punctual, disciplined, and obedient to safety rules - Ready to work shifts, weekends, and overtime *4. Other:* Must stay around Tema, Ashaiman, Kpone, or Tema New Town
