Check employees, visitors, and vehicles entering or leaving the company. Protect company property – Prevent theft, damage, and unauthorized use of company assets. Patrol the premises – Regularly inspect buildings, gates, offices, and surrounding areas. Monitor CCTV and alarms – Watch security cameras and respond to alarms or suspicious activity. Prevent crime – Detect and report theft, trespassing, vandalism, and other unlawful activities. Respond to emergencies – Take appropriate action during fires, accidents, security threats, or other emergencies. Report incidents – Record and report security breaches, accidents, and suspicious activities to supervisors.

Requirements & Skills

Basic education, preferably JHS/SHS certificate Security training or certification is an advantage Previous security experience is preferred but may not always be required Good physical fitness and alertness Good communication skills Ability to read and write simple reports Honest, disciplined, reliable, and trustworthy Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures A clean background and good character are usually required
