Job Title: Computer Hardware Technician and Sale Manager Reports To: Owner Overview: Diagnoses, repairs, assembles, and maintains computer systems and peripherals. Provides technical support to customers and supports the sales team with product expertise. Key Responsibilities: Diagnostics & Repair: · Diagnose hardware failures in desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals (printers, routers, etc.). · Perform component-level repairs · Replace faulty parts such as power supplies, hard drives (HDD/SSD), RAM, motherboards, and screens. Assembly & Configuration: · Assemble custom-built desktop PCs according to customer specifications and sales orders. · Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and essential software. · Perform system upgrades (memory, storage, graphics cards) for customers. Preventive Maintenance & Support: Provide technical support and clear explanations to customers, both in-store and remotely.

Responsibilities

Must have good analytical communication skills, Be able to operate with minimum supervision. Must have good knowledge of current ICT trends.

Requirements & Skills

Comptia a+ certificate or equivalent computer hardware course certification tertiary education is an advantage but not required.
