• Record all stock ins and stock outs accurately. • Maintain an updated and accurate inventory record at all times. • Conduct daily physical stock checks to ensure quantities match the recorded inventory. • Reconcile stock movements by balancing stock received, stock sold, and stock remaining. • Investigate and report any stock discrepancies or shortages immediately. Daily Stock Review • Review daily stock out records and confirm they match sales/orders. • Balance daily stock ins with available stock. • Ensure end-of-day inventory tallies correctly with the physical stock count. Order Packaging & Dispatch • Assist with packing customer orders accurately. • Ensure the correct products and quantities are packed for each order. • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely order dispatch. General Stock Support • Organize and maintain a clean and structured storage area. • Assist in receiving and arranging new stock deliveries.

Responsibilities

Requirements • Minimum SHS Certificate; Diploma or higher is an advantage. • Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse work, or stock control is preferred. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Basic ability to record and track stock using simple systems or spreadsheets. • Physically able to assist with packing and handling goods. • Honest, responsible, and organized.
