Welders and Fabrication Assistant Needed

Assist in welding, cutting, grinding, and assembling metal parts Read basic measurements and help prepare materials Support installation of gates, canopies, handrails, and metal structures Maintain clean workspace and handle tools safely Load/unload materials and follow all safety instructions

Responsibilities

Must be 20 years and above Must have legal right to work in Ghana Basic knowledge of welding, cutting, and metal fabrication Ability to use tools like grinder, drill, and measuring tape Physically fit and able to lift metal materials Ability to follow instructions and work safely Previous welding or metalwork experience is an advantage

Requirements & Skills

Basic education (JHS/SHS level or equivalent) Ability to read measurements accurately Basic understanding of welding or metal fabrication (training advantage) Ability to operate or assist with common workshop tools Must be hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn
