1. Welcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally 2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products 3. Demonstrate products (laptops, printers, POS systems, accessories) 4. Explain product features in simple, non-technical language 5. Upsell and cross-sell relevant accessories and services 6. Prepare invoices, quotations, and receipts using POS system 7. Handle payments (cash, MoMo, card, transfer) 8. Follow up on quotations and pending sales 9. Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display 10. Coordinate with technicians for installations or support 11. Report daily sales and customer feedback to supervisor 12. Plan, post, and manage social media campaigns across company platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) 13. Handle customer questions, complaints, and basic after-sales support 14. Keep the shop clean, organized, and attractive

Responsibilities

1. Basic knowledge of computers, printers, networking & accessories 2. Strong communication and customer service skills 3. Basic sales experience (electronics or retail preferred) 4. Ability to learn new products quickly 5. Honesty, patience, and professionalism 6. SHS / Diploma / IT-related background is an advantage 7. Must live around Nungua, Spintex, Teshie, and its environment 8. Digital Marketing will be an advantage
