*Customer Service*: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to queries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. *Sales*: Meet and exceed sales targets, promote products, and offer recommendations to customers. *Inventory Management*: Maintain accurate stock levels, process orders, and ensure the store is well-organized. *Product Knowledge*: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of construction chemicals, waterproofing, and various construction mortars. *Cash Handling*: Process customer payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system and manage cash transactions accurately.
