• Promote Gillman & Abbey’s funeral, burial, repatriation, hearse, chapel and related services. • Build and maintain relationships with individuals, families, churches, funeral homes and other potential partners. • Respond professionally to client enquiries and explain available service packages. • Follow up on prospective clients and maintain proper records of leads and sales activities. • Prepare quotations and assist clients in selecting suitable service and caskets • Work closely with the Operations and Management teams to ensure smooth service delivery. • Meet agreed sales and business development targets. • Represent the company professionally at meetings, events and other business engagements. • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate empathy when dealing with bereaved families.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum of HND, Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communication or a related field. • At least 1–2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer service or business development. • Experience in the funeral, insurance, hospitality, healthcare or service industry will be an added advantage. • Good command of spoken and written English. • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, email and WhatsApp professionally. • Must be willing to work flexible hours when required. • Must be professional, presentable and able to maintain confidentiality.
