The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing dealer and customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role includes planning and executing sales and marketing activities, organizing product promotions, conducting customer visits, and expanding the company's dealer network. The successful candidate will prepare quotations, negotiate sales agreements, and ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale. The Sales Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, coordinating with the service and spare parts teams, managing inventory with the operations team, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills and be willing to travel frequently to develop new markets and support existing customers.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years' experience in motorcycle, tricycle, automobile, or FMCG sales is preferred. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. Experience in dealer network development, market research, and achieving monthly sales targets will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required. The applicant must have a valid driving licence, be willing to travel frequently, and be able to work independently under pressure. A positive attitude, strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. The candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, honest, and committed to delivering excellent customer service while contributing to the company's business growth.
