*RESPONSIBILITIES OF PERSONAL DRIVER & EXECUTIVE DRIVER* *1. Driving & Safety* - Drive employer, family, or executives safely to destinations on time - Follow all Ghana road traffic laws — no reckless driving - Always wear seatbelt, ensure passengers do same - Never drive under influence of alcohol/drugs - Know alternative routes in Accra and inter-city routes *2. Vehicle Care & Maintenance* - Daily check: oil, water, brake fluid, tyre pressure, lights - Keep car clean inside and outside at all times - Service car on time, report faults immediately - Keep fuel tank not less than half - Maintain logbook: fuel, mileage, maintenance *3. Professionalism & Confidentiality* - Keep all employer information and conversations private - Be punctual, polite, well-dressed, no smoking in car - No phone calls while driving (use hands-free only if urgent) - Respect madam/boss instructions *4. Security* - Always lock car, park in safe places - Check car before entering (tyres, under car)

Responsibilities

*REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS FOR PERSONAL DRIVER & EXECUTIVE DRIVER* *1. Education* - Minimum BECE / WASSCE / SHS Certificate - Valid Driver's License - Class B or C *2. Experience* - 3-5 years proven experience as personal driver / executive driver - Experience driving high-profile individuals, expatriates, or MD/CEO is an advantage - Good knowledge of Accra roads and other regions in Ghana *3. Age & Health* - Age: 25 - 45 years old - Physically fit, good eyesight, no alcohol/drug addiction - Valid medical certificate *4. Documents Required* - Valid Ghana Card - Valid Driver's License (no major offenses) - 2 guarantors + reference from previous employer *5. Skills & Competencies* - Defensive driving & safety conscious - Vehicle maintenance & basic mechanical knowledge - Route planning & GPS navigation - Confidentiality & honesty - Punctuality, neatness & good personal hygiene - Good communication & respectful attitude - Ability to work long hours, weekends & travel on short notice
