Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on electrical parts and equipment to meet their specific needs. Sales & Payment Processing: Handle cash and digital transactions (including MoMo) with 100% accuracy and efficiency. Merchandising: Maintain an organized storefront by ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and properly labeled. Inventory Management: Assist with regular stock-taking, inventory counts, and the systematic organization of the warehouse. Record Keeping: Maintain basic sales records to ensure daily accounts are balanced.
Responsibilities
Advanced Numeracy: Exceptional mental math skills; must be fast and accurate with totals, percentage discounts, and calculating change. Digital Literacy: Proficient in using smartphones for digital payments (MoMo) and basic computer tasks (e.g., simple spreadsheets or WhatsApp for business). Communication: Fluency in English and Twi is required. Proficiency in any other local languages is a significant advantage. Sales Flair: A confident, persuasive attitude with the ability to learn technical product details quickly. Professionalism: A neat appearance, punctual habits, and a reputation for honesty and high integrity.
