Responsible for conducting live car sales broadcasts on platforms such as TikTok and Facebook. Showcase vehicle exterior, interior, features, performance, price, and special offers online. Proactively interact with viewers, promptly answering customer questions about car models, payment methods, test drives, and the purchase process. Work with the sales team to plan live stream themes, promotional activities, and new car promotion content. Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM; 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM. Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM; 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM; 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Specific live streaming schedules may be adjusted according to company events and client activity times.

Responsibilities

Prior experience in car sales, live-streaming sales, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills, presentable appearance, outgoing personality, and adept at interacting with viewers. Familiar with social media and live-streaming platforms such as TikTok and Facebook. Proficient in using mobile phones and live-streaming equipment for live-streaming operations. Responsible and hardworking, able to adapt to live-streaming schedules.

Requirements & Skills

Candidates with more than six months of experience in live streaming or customer service will be given priority.
